13th century Big Helmet/Pot Helm, 16mm gauge
Our large pot helmet is directly inspired by various 13th century sources and, for example, is very similar to many of the helmets seen in the Maciejowzki Bible. A helmet of historical inspiration, like this, well crafted as in the Middle Ages, will surely make you stand out in your next reenactment! Then become an elite knight with this important work of art!
HAND-MADE SOFT STEEL gauge 16, this helmet is FULLY FUNCTIONAL and ideally adapts to a heavy armor knight outfit or character. Its flat top is typical of the time and will later evolve to the most pointed rudder of sugar loaf. Functioning as a shock absorber, the PADDED LINER makes it more comfortable to wear and ensures that your eyes will always be at the right time to face the eye slit. The carefully riveted PURE BRASS cross in front of the rudder makes it look straight from the Middle Ages! This helmet has an internal circumference of about 72 cm, which adapts to any head size. The simple but efficient closure of a genuine leather strap and pure brass buckle keeps you perfectly in place when worn.
