This elegant medieval bevor impresses not only with its authentic design, but also with its excellent value for money. It is an ideal choice for those who want to complete their knight's armor with a detailed, high-quality, and affordable piece of armor.
The bevor was an essential part of medieval armor. Usually made of a single piece of plate armor, it protected the chin and throat and filled the gap between the helmet and the breastplate. Originally Bevor was used in combination with a sallet. As the sallet evolved into the closed helmet and burgonet, the bevor also developed into a hinged plate that protected the lower face and throat.
This fully wearable reconstruction of a late medieval bevor is made of 1.2mm steel and blackened on the inside for better corrosion resistance. The bevor, also known as the beaver, features the multi-part construction typical of 15th- and 16th-century Gothic plate armor. While the gorget and chin piece are fixedly riveted to each other, the top plate is fixed with hinges and can be raised or lowered. When upwards, it reaches below the eyes. A small retractable pin, on the right side of the chin section, holds the folding thigh firmly in place. It is reinforced at the top edge and features a row of round cutouts that ensure proper ventilation. The rolled edge is adorned with grooves. A braided bead at the bottom edge allows the bevor to be securely attached to a gambeson or plate armor. The bevor is open at the back (no neck plate) and equipped with a sturdy, riveted leather strap and brass buckle. The strap is adjustable in size to ensure a comfortable and personalized fit.
The collar is ideal for late medieval and Renaissance settings. Equally suitable for the portrayal of a wide range of historical figures and fictional/fantasy characters, it will make your transformation into a proud and noble knight or warrior perfect, whether used for medieval reenactment, LARP, stage, TV/film, fantasy or cosplay.

Templar for men and women with the Cross of eight Beatitudes, made of polyester.
This medieval floor-length dress with 3/4 long sleeves is made of sturdy cotton fabric (canvas) and slightly adjusted. The strong canvas fabric creates a sturdy, heavy dress that is therefore more suitable for spring and fall (or for winter, when combined with season-appropriate underwear).
Contrasting edges of colors and filled cord make the dress really stand out from the crowd. It has partition seam just below the waist and pockets hidden in the side seams. The skirt part has a wide flare and is made without gores (wedge-shaped pieces of fabric).
Following the fashion of the early Middle Ages, this outer garment is quite loose and shows only a little of the waist. Therefore, we recommend that you combine it with a leather belt.
This dress is ideal for depicting women of the lower and middle classes from the early to the high Middle Ages, and historically fits – among others – into the era of the Franks, Slavs and Vikings.
Large Tankard/Beer Mug, Genuine Vegvísir Horn This generously sized mug/tankard with handle is handmade from cattle horn, polished and adorned with an engraved vegvísir framed by a rune sequence.
The vegvísir (path finder) is a magical symbol or a so-called secrecy (galdrastafir) of Icelandic origin. A real representation of this symbol first appears in Geir Vigfússon's Icelandic Huld Manuscript of 1860, a collection of runes/spells and secrecies. It says:
If this signal is charged, the person will never lose his way in storms or bad weather, even when the path is not known.

As winter approached and the Viking nights became longer and darker again, it was time to prepare. After long raids in search of food and wealth, the men returned to their villages to spend the winter and spread the story of their triumphs.
Even the Vikings of that era had to wrap up warm enough, as we know it today, to avoid falling victim to the cold.
But what options did they have?
Animal skin, which today is more of a decorative accessory found on the floor, was a very popular feature in medieval times. Especially in winter, furs were probably a warming marvel. But even when the days got longer again and the sun came out more often, furs could still be used, for example, as a seat cushion to make a chair or bench more comfortable.
This shoulder skin is perfect for getting closer to a wild warrior or a brave Viking. Whether at a Viking festival or in a medieval market, with this shoulder leather no cold will get in the way.
As our skins are natural products, small variations in color, length or hair size are completely normal. They are untreated and therefore chemical-free. Due to the adapted shape of the shoulders and neck, there are no folds and the hair does not protrude. So nothing stands in the way of the next big event!
Details:
- Hair length: approx. 10 – 15 cm
- Color: White with spots
