Made from buffalo leather tanned with tough vegetables, this leather belt consists of two narrow leather straps attached to a wider leather belt by riveted loops. However, both leather straps can be easily removed from the straps and used separately as a long belt. The edges of the belt are trimmed with a leather edge. In addition, the surface has been polished and lightly dyed, giving the leather a characteristic appearance of use. Another functional and beautiful detail is the integrated metal ring, perfect for attaching useful items such as leather bags, tools or weapons. In addition, the two leather straps can also be used to attach a belt or sheath pouch Sword.
The belt buckle has no pins, allowing the belt to be fastened like an authentic medieval belt by threading the end of the strap into the ring and tying a knot. This allows the belt size to be adjusted individually.

A double-breasted sword belt made of high-quality colored cowhide. The top thin belt is about 3 cm wide and is tied at the waist. The approx. 5 cm wide belt is slightly longer and sits comfortably a little lower. In this, two D-rings and one ring held by two carabiners are attached, so that a sword scabbard or something similar can be attached.

This sleek, wide belt is made of thick, sturdy leather and equipped with two small square brass buckles with an aged finish, each attached to the belt with two rivets. It is suitable for a waist circumference between approx. 100 and 125 cm, and the two long, pre-drilled straps feature a sufficient number of holes to adjust the belt to a comfortable, custom fit.

Due to its Baroque-inspired design, this leather belt is best suited for settings from the late Middle Ages or Renaissance/early modern period and particularly suitable for the depiction of a buccaneer or corsair from the Age of Sail. Black Prince Edward's Knight Belt from Woodstock

Although Edward of Woodstock (1330-1376, also known as The Black Prince, the eldest son and heir of King Edward III of England, died prematurely and never ascended the English throne, he was praised by his contemporaries as a model of chivalry. His accomplishments as an English commander during the Hundred Years' War between England and France earned him a place among the greatest knights of his time.

This elegant and heavy medieval belt that we offer here is a reconstruction of his hip belt (or the so-called butt belt), as depicted in his lifelike gilded bronze tomb effigy, which can still be admired in Canter-bury Cathedral in Kent, England (see last photo above).

Our approx. 6 cm wide belt is made up of a thick leather core wrapped in an additional layer of thinner black leather that is sewn on the back. As with the original effigy, it is adorned with a series of blue enameled disc-shaped plates made of brass that feature a lion's head. The quatrefoil-shaped belt buckle, also made of blue enameled brass, features a standing heraldic lion (the so-called statant guardant lion). The rider belt is available in three sizes and has no holes. The back of the buckle is equipped with a pin that anchors into the hole at the end end.

This thin leather belt is a stylish and authentic addition to any medieval costume and an ideal accessory for medieval markets, reenactment events, and LARP gatherings. It is best suited for settings from the High and Late Middle Ages, and particularly suited to the depiction of a 14th-century knight or nobleman.

This high-quality leather belt is made of thick buffalo leather (approx. 3.5mm grain leather) and vegetable tanned.

It is supplied without a buckle and can therefore be customized as a way to put together your own individual look. The surface and edges of the belt are elaborately polished and given a light-colored finish, giving the leather its characteristic appearance of use.

The length of the strap is 120 cm and can be individually shortened at the rear end. To do this, loosen the screws, cut to the desired length, and drill new holes. Once everything is reassembled, snap it on with a belt buckle and reattach with the screws. (The following is required for this job: screwdriver, cutter, awl, belt buckle).

The holes on the front end of the belt are pre-drilled and you can find several buckle variations for this 4 cm wide belt in our store.

This belt can be used by both men and women. So, whether as a Viking, pirate, or simply in everyday life, this belt can be used for many different looks.
