The Viking sword or Carolingian sword was a type of sword used in western and northern Europe in the early Middle Ages. The "Viking sword" was developed from the Roman Spatha and was used by the Franks in the Carolingian period (751 to 911).
The sporran is a bag traditionally made of leather or fur. It is worn attached to a leather belt or a chain on the front of the kilt conventionally without a pocket and serves as a purse.
Our leather sporran features three leather tassels and is adorned with Celtic designs. It closes with a pin that is attached to the bag by a chain.

The Vikings were the first proven known to wear this specific type of hood. In the High Middle Ages, it became an integral part of the daily clothing of the commoners and was worn by peasants, craftsmen, travelers and the like. The 14th century brought some changes in the design of the gugel, which became fairer and often adorned with ornate ornaments. But by the early 16th century, it had fallen out of fashion and was rarely used.
