Dark Repulser is a one-handed sword created by Lisbeth from a crystallite ingot obtained from a special mission, made for Kirito. Whenever Kirito uses the «Dual Blades» ability, he wields it alongside «Elucidator». This weapon was destroyed during the fight with Kayaba Akihiko on the 75th floor.

Dark Repulser is a water-colored sword made of crystalline ingot. Its handle is a darker color than the rest of the blade and is completely straight. It leads to a handguard that is exactly perpendicular to the handle and is designed to look like a pair of dagger blades joined together. In the center of the handguard is a large aquamarine jewel. The blade itself is a deep aqua color, the base of the blade has a clear aqua attachment that causes the blade to have a natural indentation when tracing its length due to the angle at which the attachment bends.

This beautiful Viking sword is a reconstruction of an original find dating from the period between 950 and 1050, and is classified as an X-type according to Petersen's typology of Viking swords.
The inscriptions on the blade are a distinctive feature of the original sword, which is now in the collection of the Musée de l'Armée in Paris, France. One side is marked with the well-known inscription of the manufacturer ULFBERHT, a Rhineland blacksmith's workshop believed to be one of the earliest "marks" of swords (with about 170 swords dating from the 9th to the 11th c., with the same inscription +VLFBERHT+, and found throughout Europe, even in western Russia). The other side bears the inscription DUNA + DUNA XX, a supposed abbreviation, whose exact meaning is still unknown.

The replica offered here has a straight double-edged blade with sharp edges Like the original find, the wide fill is engraved with the inscription VLFBERH+T on one side and DUNE + DUNA XX on the other. The handle consists of a short steel protector with rounded ends, and a wooden handle wrapped in brown leather, which ends in a "tea cozy" pommel made of steel.

The sword comes complete with a brown wooden and leather scabbard with a steel plate and a wooden hanging loop (maximum belt width of 5 cm).

Please note that this medieval sword is not a battle-ready weapon. It is designed as a collector's piece or decoration/display and is not suitable for combat reenactment. In addition to its quality as a collectible, it is also perfectly suited as a prop, for example, to complete your costume.
