German One-Way Medieval Sword
This one-way medieval sword is inspired by Hans Talhoffer, a famous German swordsman and 15th-century fencing master.
The blade of this one-hand sword is made of steel and not sharp. The tip is rounded. The platter and the pommel are also made of steel. The leather hem is adorned with the cross of the Knights Templar (pattée cross).
Hand-made replica of a 10th-century Viking sword, based on archaeological remains of the United Kingdom. The protection and button are made of steel. The cuff is wrapped with a leather strap. It's not sharp. It includes a leather-lined wooden sheath and richly decorated with brass.
The Monkey Katana features a folded steel blade that combines excellent performance with a superior quemp line (hamon).
United Cutlery took his M48 combat machete and made it even more dangerous, leaving no doubt that he will cover it, no matter what the mission.
The M48 Combat Machete Gen II has a full-tang, approx. 3Cr13 stainless steel blade of 34 cm in length with galvanized titanium finish and a partial saw spine. The reinforced, impact-resistant TPU handle is strongly grooved for slip-free grip and is attached to the spike with screws.
The Practical Plus Katana is a cutting sword that is economical while presenting traditional accessories and construction methods. The blade is forged and differentially hardened in the traditional clay method with a prominent hamon .
The Practical Plus Katana features the same genuine (rayskin) in tsuka, with a tsuka-Ito specially developed for its grip qualities.
The long tang is double for safety. Practical Plus Katana accessories are decorated with a Japanese corniso motif with Dragon menuki, and the beautiful tsuba is an iron "sunburst" design with a habaki bronze.

This battle-ready Viking sword was developed in close cooperation with fencing and martial arts instructor Volker Kunkel and his West-Coast-Institute. Unfortunately, Volker did not live to see the launch of this small series on the market. He passed away very early, in April 2021.
The goal was to offer a sturdy, yet light and well-balanced sword, ready for battle, with a smaller budget. Here, Volker contributed his many years of experience as a fencing teacher, trainer, and traveling merchant in medieval markets. The Ulfberth® team and their blacksmiths have implemented these specifications and the result is a battle-ready Viking sword with a great value for money.
Based on the original from 9 to 10 c. examples found in Britain and classified as Type L according to Petersen's Viking sword typology, features a blade forged in spring steel, which has been hardened in oil and tempered to a Rockwell hardness of approx. 48-52 HRC. The very wide fuller makes it flexible and lightweight. The sword comes with approx. 2 - Edges 2.5 mm thick and tip rounded and relatively wide, which makes it eligible for combat on stage.
Like many surviving historical examples of the time, the pommel is a two-part construction: the trilobed upper section is fixed to the curved base by means of two rivets, and the complete spike of the blade is solidly hammered into the lid of the pommel.
This sword is available with two different blade lengths (select the model you need from the drop-down menu: short = 64 cm / long = 74 cm). The short version is particularly ideal as a beginner's sword for fencers who are not yet very strong.
Matching leather sheaths with sword belt (product no. ULF-SW-11SA or ULF-SW-11SB ) are available separately.

Viking Axe, Hand Forged Steel, Type A
Whether it was used to chop down trees, build ships, houses, and furniture, or wielded in battle, the axe was an indispensable and versatile tool for the Vikings. The shape and size of the Axe heads were determined by their intended use. There were also elaborately adorned axes that were more of a status symbol and were often buried next to their owner. Today, Viking axes are popular collector's items and often used in movies, TV series, and video games to convey the image of the wild and fearless Vikings.
In terms of shape, the head of the Viking axe we offer here is classified as Petersen type A. The blade is hand-forged from high-carbon steel, and the handle is made of sturdy ash wood.
Note that this medieval axe is not a battle-ready weapon. It was primarily designed as a collector's piece or decoration/display and is in no way suitable for combat reenactment. In addition to its quality as a collectible, it is also perfectly suited as an accessory, for example, to complete your outfit, and will make your transformation into a proud warrior perfect.
