Gothic Poleyns & Cuisses, Knee & Leg Protection, 1.6mm Steel, Pair
This fully articulated reconstruction of a late medieval plate armor for the legs is designed to protect the legs from the thighs to below the knees, and shows the typical multi-layered appearance of the Gothic plate armor of the late Middle Ages (15th/16th c.). It is made of 1.6 mm (16 gauge) steel and blackened on the inside for better corrosion resistance.
Leg armor consists of poleyns (knee pads, also known as genouilleres), cuisses, and short greaves. For adequate freedom of movement, all parts are connected to each other by sliding plates or lames that are hinged on sturdy steel rivets. The cuisses have curled edges, and the poleyns feature slightly concave, flower-shaped steel rondels that are riveted on the sides.
On the back, each leg is equipped with three adjustable riveted leather straps approx. 3 mm thick with brass buckles for a comfortable and personalized fit.
Equally suitable for medieval re-enactment, LARP, stage, TV/film or fantasy, this articulated leg harness is ideal for late medieval and Renaissance scenarios and will make your transformation into a proud and noble knight or warrior simply perfect!
Leg protectors are sold as a pair.

The steel used here is not rust-proof and may have slight surface stains in places. We recommend that you maintain plate armor regularly, for example by using the universal Ballistol oil, which is ideal for steel care.
This floor-length medieval dress is lightweight cotton. The skirt piece is equipped with side gums (triangular/wedge-shaped pieces of fabric), allowing for generous flare. It has a wide neckline, so as to remain hidden under the outer wear at the level of the neck. The sleeves feature a lace for individual fit. At first, quite tight on the arm, they fall into a particularly wide glare that gives them the characteristic shape of trumpet. This change can be used under a hood, a cotehardie or a bliaut.
A ranger like you needs no introduction, as these bracelets tell you everything about you and your greatness! With the Celtic spiral design in relief, you are not just any wanderer, you are the real park ranger.
These straps are handmade with robust and genuine leather. A set of genuine leather strings is provided for a highly adjustable fit.
420 steel blade with 47 cm, black braided rope handle and nylon hem
This long peasant dress is made of sturdy cotton fabric (twill). The top has tight cut and central front trim with wooden buttons. A loop on the back allows you to adjust it for a custom fit. Tied, the dress is reminiscent of a bodice or bodice . The piece of the sewn skirt is furrowed at the waist, which gives a feminine silhouette. The pockets are embedded in the sides at hip height.
Historically, our medieval sleeveless dress is appropriate for the style of the High Middle Ages period. When combined with the right accessories, it serves very well as a basis for portraying a maid, a peasant girl or a pirate. And on colder days, it can also be worn over a dress or long-sleeved shirt.
The religious habit is the traditional costume worn by Catholic (and some Anglican) clerics. Still in use today, it has been the formal attire of monks, friars and nuns since the Middle Ages and is a symbol for community and poverty.
The mantle is always long and long-sleeved. The characteristics of the Franciscan friars' dress are the so-called strap (a rope belt) tied at the waist and the capuchin (a shoulder and chest hood reminiscent of the gugel).
Our 15th century stuntman is the perfect piece of clothing to wear under plate armor. As the Middle Ages drew to a close, more plate armour became available and it was less and less necessary for the knight to wear a heavily padded gambeson, which led to the creation of the doublet. This allows all the components of the board reinforcement to fit into it and work properly together. At the same time, it provides enough padding to make wearing the armor more comfortable and acts as a great shock absorber.
With comfortable padding sandwiched between two layers of CHUNKY COTTON CANVAS, this is a functional armor double, unlike its flimsy replicas. Our doublet is supplied with many reinforcement points with pure brass aiglets, making tying your armor pieces easier than ever. Along with the photographs, you will find a detailed size chart.
Our simple medieval game House of Warfare is the ultimate medieval armor for the discerning warrior. The rugged cotton canvas is sandwiched with a layer of thick padding, offering exceptional protection against blunt and edged weapons while allowing for easy movement on the battlefield. Whether you're a seasoned knight or a novice swordsman, it's the perfect choice for those who demand the best in terms of quality and performance, keeping you safe and comfortable in any combat situation.
Made with the highest quality materials, this quilted gambeson is available in 5 sizes, ideal to fit almost anyone who decides to wear it. This full-sleeved gambeson is ideal for medieval revocation, or for a large audience of medieval enthusiasts who are eager to add quilted historical protection to their gear.
