This very handy piece features authentic handle style, with a fully tempered un-edged and un-pointed blade, and is made to support
robust use, providing the level of security required by many of today's reconstitution societies.
The Practical Single Hand Sword is based on the Marshall Sword, so named by one of the best English knights of the second half of the 12th century.

The handle is permanently mounted and the ear is riveted for safety. The blade is full to balance and has 1/16" edges and
rounded tip. The sheath is made of glass resin, to provide high impact resistance, eliminate swelling and minimize
blade corrosion problems. The wood grain finish is attractive, but is left unfinished for owner customization.
Delivery includes a fiberglass sheath that is ornamented with metal fittings and two leather straps for fastening.
